Oakwood Lane Medical Practice Health Champions

We are a team of volunteer health champions providing friendly activities and experiences to patients and those in our community.

Our room, The Roost, has been provided for use by Oakwood Lane Medical Practice. It is on the first floor opposite the entrance to the balcony waiting room.

Instructors for the activity groups are fully qualified. As we don't have an income we appreciate donations to help pay for the instructors.
