What is this group?

Lyla's Voice is a weekly well-being programme for teenagers and their parents or careers, running every Tuesday evening from 6:30pm-8:00pm. The programme provides a supportive space for young people and the adults around them to come together, explore well-being and develop a better understanding of the challenges that cannot affect teenagers.

The sessions aim to encourage open communication, provide opportunities to access support and help strengthen understanding between young people and their parents or careers. The programme offers a welcoming environment where participants can talk, listen and take part in activities focused on supporting positive well-being.
