Using art making to explore and find new ways to manage with the stresses and strains of every day life to improve your health and wellbeing. Each week will focus on using art and creativity to build on your strengths and find new ways to live well with your mental health improving quality of life.

Free for adults aged 18 and over who live in a Leeds postcode area. Self rerrals and support agency referrals accepted. Contact for a referral form to complete.
