Tuesdays 15th September til 24th November 11am-1pm at Kentmere Community Centre Kentmere Avenue, Leeds, LS14 1BW.
For women aged 30 Plus living in a Leeds postcode area who are experiencing perimenopause & menopause, including physical health related and surgically induced menopause.
Each week will focus on using art and creativity to navigate the changes in our lives . Building on strengths and shared experiences to find new ways to live well in this transformative phase of life. No previous art skill required, Just your willingness to take part is all you need.

Casual, everyday wear is fine. As you will be working with art materials you might want to wear something that doesn't matter if it gets marked during the process of art making.
There are connected bus routes from Tesco bus terminus and from the city centre that drop off and pick up on or just close to Ramshead Hill, within a short walk to Kentmere Community Centre. By car there is free onsite and street parking.
You don't need to bring anything with you. All art materials are provided.
Free for women aged 30+ who live in a Leeds postcode area. Self referrals and support agency referrals accepted. Contact for a referral form to complete.
Once a completed referral form has been submitted I will contact you to arrange to meet up in person at Kentmere Community centre for an initial (Free) consultation to make sure that art therapy can meet your needs.
