Dates 13th January to 24th March Tuesdays 11.30-1pm.
Each week will focus on art and creativity to use the process of art making in therapy to navigate loss. Finding glimmers of positivity and light within the grief journey, connecting with deep emotions and giving them form.
You don’t have to be good at art making just your willingness to take part is all you need. Go to the referral page and the click connect button to contact me. PLEASE NOTE: I only run small group sizes. Therefore places are limited so please submit a referral asap to avoid disappointment. Referrals will be closed once the maximum group size has been reached.
A referral and a face to face appointment with myself are necessary before a place on the group can be offered. Places are limited and referrals will be closed once the group size has been met, so please get in touch asap.
