What is this group?
Boys Group is a weekly youth session for boys aged 13+ at Imagination Station, providing a safe and welcoming environment where young people can socialize, have fun and build positive relationships with their peers. Sessions include a range of informal activities such as darts, games and other opportunities for young people to spend time together in a relaxed setting.
The group also provides space for meaningful conversations around issues that affect young men and their everyday lives. Topics may include healthy relationships, consent, communication, boundaries, respect, emotional well-being and healthy masculinity. Discussions are delivered in an accessible and age appropriate way, encouraging young people to express their opinions, listen to different perspectives and ask questions without fear of judgement.
The overall aim is to help young people develop confidence, social skills and positive relationships while having a consistent space where they feel comfortable, listened to and supported.

The group provides a relaxed, welcoming space where young people can spend time with their peers, build positive relationships and take part in activities such as darts, biking and other informal games. Alongside activities, the sessions create opportunities to explore topics that are relevant to young men, including healthy relationships, consent, communication, boundaries, respect and healthy masculinity. Young people are encouraged to share their views, ask questions and develop confidence in making positive choices in a supportive and non-judgemental environment.
