FREE 10 week art therapy group for women living in a Leeds postcode area who are experiencing perimenopause & menopause, including physical health related and surgically induced menopause. Each week will focus on using art and creativity to navigate the changes in our lives.

Craft and Chinwag is an independent group based at the Old Fire Station in Gipton and run by people in the community. We're a social group who meet up to do crafts together.
