Sing ON: Inspire is Opera North’s new singing programme for people with chronic respiratory conditions. It provides a relaxed, supportive and welcoming space for individuals to explore breathwork, meditative exercises, vocal massage, gentle movement, and singing. Session content will draw inspiration both from the work of Opera North and the interests of participants themselves.
Led by vocal animateur Marie Claire Breen, and an Opera North pianist, workshops take place in weekly blocks of six sessions at The Old Fire Station, Gipton. All sessions include refreshments.
Price: Free of charge for all participants
Start Time: 11am on Wednesdays
