Our Life and Loss group meets monthly to compassionately share experiences of grief. We hold tender conversations in a supportive environment. It's a space to connect with others, share your experience and listen to others experiences too. We sometimes use creativity to aid conversations, this can include things like journalling and creative writing, making memory pieces for example.
